Employee Is Injured in Fall from Roof

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on June 30, 2011, Employee # 1 was working as a carpenter laying plywood and attached it with a nail gun in order to cover floor spaces between the Joists from the second floor of the residence under construction. Employee # 1 loss his balance and fell approximately 22 feet off the unprotected side and or leading edge of the building. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, where he was hospitalized and treated for his injuries to both ankles.
