Investigation Summary
At approximately 8:30 a.m. on February 18, 2011, Employee # 1 was working for Whang Inc. dba Young Sheet Metal as a carpenter, and he was about to install flashing around the wood framed section measured 3 ft. by 4 ft. Employee # 1 fell through the skylight approximately 10 ft. landing on the concrete floor of the basement below. Employee # 1 sustained two broken ankles and was transported to Stanford Hospital. The accident was reported by the owner of the company at approximately 12:15p.m.on February 18, 2011. No one witnessed the accident.
