Employee's Chest Is Bruised in Fall from Ladder

On October 4, 2010, Employee #1 was painting, while standing on a stepladder, at approximately the third or fourth rung. Employee #1 fell onto a conveyor and slightly bruised his chest. He was sent to the medical clinic, and radiological examinations were negative, with no fractures. Employee #1 was released the same day.
