Investigation Summary
On June 16, 2010, Employee #1 opened a junction box and tried to move the wiring inside the junction box with his bare hands, in order to see the number that corresponds to the electrical panel. There was apparently an exposed electrical wire inside this junction box and Employee #1 received an electrical shock. Employee #1 suffered third degree burns on his right index finger and was only hospitalized for approximately four hours.
