Employee's Leg Is Fractured in Fall from Scaffold

At approximately 3:00 p.m. on August 27, 2009, Employee #1 was applying exterior wall coating while on top of a A-frame scaffold, approximately 6 ft high and 6 ft by 3 ft wide platform. He missed a step on the platform and fell to a hard gravel floor. He fractured his lower leg and was hospitalized.
