Investigation Summary
On April 11, 2007, an employee was working in room Number 318. The employee was taping the wall approximately 14.2 feet high while he was standing on a 6 feet ladder placed on 6 feet high rolling scaffolds. When the employee twisted his body, the ladder moved and he fell approximately 9-10 feet to the ground. During the fall, he also hit his body on a counter, pony wall. He fractured his left arm and was hospitalized for more than 24 hours.
