Employee Sustains Fractures When Pulled Into Rotating Part

Employee #1 was working on the Number 12 Poly Coater. Employee #1 came in contact with the polyethylene laminated polyester material (web). The material pulled Employee #1 into an idler roller and wrapped his upper right torso around through the idler. Employee #1 suffered a broken ulna, radius, clavicle, ribs, and mandible and was hospitalized.
