Employee Dies after Fall Through Roof

On May 26, 2006, Employee #1 was installing roof panels on a 32-ft high metal building. He stepped on the edge of a 20-ft by 30-ft panel that was partially secured. He was injured when the panel gave way under his weight and he fell to the concrete floor. Employee #1 died while in route to the hospital.
