Employee Is Killed When Tractor and Trailer Roll Over

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on April 26, 2006, Employee #1 was hauling a load of trees down a steep gravel road. He was operating a John Deere 2940 tractor that was pulling a hay wagon with a total of 21 spruce trees, each weighing approximately 850 pounds. The tractor and trailer flipped over, and he was crushed and killed.
