Investigation Summary
At 8:00 a.m. on February 4, 2008, Employee #1, a roofer, saw a coworker who was apparently about to fall off the 12 ft high roof. In attempting to prevent the coworker from falling, Employee #1 fell, fracturing his right knee. He was transported to Highland Hospital, where he was treated for two days and then discharged.
