Investigation Summary

At approximately 11:04 p.m. on August 27, 2007, Employee #1, a truck body assembler, was loading parts onto a conveyor system, when Employee #2 had noticed parts had stopped arriving to his station. Employee #2 asked Employee #3 to check up on Employee #1, where Employee #3 found Employee #1 unconscious on the floor at his station. Employee #4 administered CPR until paramedics arrived on site. Employee #1 was transferred to Washington Hospital where he was pronounced dead. It has been determined the cause of death was not work related.
