Employee's Hip Is Fractured in Fall from Height
On May 22, 2007, Employee #1, a warehouse worker, needed a wooden palate and stood on boxes containing water heaters to reach it. He threw the pallet to the floor, lost his balance, and fell approximately 3 ft. He landed on his hip fracturing his pelvis and was hospitalized.
