Employee Is Injured When Struck by Forklift

On December 13, 2006, an employer was crossing an aisle, when he was struck by a forklift operated by conveyance driver. The accident occurred about 12-ft from the green pedestrian walkway on aisle V-11. The employee was admitted to San Jose Regional Medical Center on December 13 and was treated and discharged on December 16. He sustained intracranial hemorrhage.
