Investigation Summary
At approximately 11:45 p.m. on March 2, 2007, Employee #1 was trying to loosen a stop lock on a dolly used to carry cargo. He attempted to kick the lock with his right foot, missed and lost his balance. His right ankle was caught in the dolly and he suffered a broken ankle. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
