Employee Falls from Ladder and Sustains Concussion

On August 25, 2006, Employee #1 was standing on the fourth rung of 6-ft stepladder, while drilling a hole into a wall using a portable battery-operated drilling machine. Employee #1 lost his balance and fell from a height of approximately 4 feet. Employee #1 sustained a head concussion. He was hospitalized.
