Employee Applying Stucco Is Killed in Fall from Scaffold

On August 8, 2006, Employee #1 was working as a stucco applicator, applying stucco to the exterior walls of a residential structure. There was no witness to confirm the details of what happened next. Apparently, Employee #1 and another worker had been directed by a foreman to clean up, and Employee #1 had been climbing up the bracing of a wooden scaffold, when he fell. He sustained bruises, contusions, and abrasions to his abdomen, and he was killed.
