Employee Fracture Legs When Caught Between Steel I-Beams

On April 4, 2006, Employee #1 was involved in the transportation of steel I-beams, when mishandled the operation and was caught between beams. The beams struck his legs, causing multiple fractures. He was transported to a medical center. At the hospital, he underwent surgical procedures to repair the multiple fractures. After undergoing the surgical procedures, he was hospitalized for postoperative treatment.
