Investigation Summary
On March 18, 2006, Employee #1, a steel subcontractor, fell from the top of a temporary barricade approximately 12 ft to the ground. He fractured his ribs and sustained other minor injuries. Employee #1 was transported to Carolina Medical Center for observation and was released the next day.
