Employee Is Found Dead from Nail Gun Accident

On April 18, 2007, Employee #1 was installing spacers and blocking above pony walls on the first floor of a home. He was found dead with a head injury from a nail. The accident was not witnessed. It was assumed he lost his balance, fell and struck against a joist and his hand activated the nail gun.
