Three Employees Fall While Installing Trusses

On August 16, 2006, Employees #1, #2 and #3, were installing wooden trusses at a residential-type construction site. They were tied off to the trusses. A truss was flown in and before it was secured, it rolled and got away from the employees, causing them to fall approximately 23 ft onto the ground, pulling three of the trusses down with them. Employees #1, #2, and #3 suffered minor injuries and were not hospitalized.
