Employee Is Injured in Fall from Ladder

On August 18, 2006, Employee #1 and several coworkers working for Performance Contracting had finished work for the day on the roof of a building. Employee #1 was descending a ladder attached to a scaffold, when he fell from the ladder. He fell approximately 20 to 25 feet to the ground. He was hospitalized with a concussion.
