Employee Is Killed While Directing Traffic in Intersection

On August 9, 2006, Employee #1 was directing traffic at a four-way intersection. One vehicle, traveling in the northern direction, and another vehicle, traveling east, collided at the intersection, where Employee #1 was working. Upon impact, both vehicles skidded toward Employee #1, striking him. Employee #1 was crushed between the two vehicles and was killed.
