Employee Suffers Fatal Burns When Equipment Overturns

Employee #1 was operating a CAT skid-steer loader loading of a brush pile. The loader came into contact with a protruding timber and the loader overturned and caught fire. Employee #1 was either rendered unconscious or trapped in the machinery. Employee #1 suffered severe burn and died.
