Employee's Foot Is Injured When Run over by Forklift

At approximately 5:05 p.m. on October 17, 2008, Employee #1, a fork lift driver, was taking inventory. The front left tire of his forklift rolled over his right foot. He suffered swelling and lacerations on his right foot and a fractured right toe. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
