Employee's Hand Is Burned in Electrical Panel Explosion

Employee #1, a cable technician and foreman, and a coworker were installing a grounding mechanism for a telephone panel and computer server. Employee #1 drilled through the main electrical circuit of the building, causing an explosion and inflicting burns to his right hand. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
