Teacher Injures Head after Fainting and Falling

At 3:40 p.m. on March 12, 2008, Employee #1, a faculty member with a Head Start Program at a public middle school, fainted and fell in the faculty break room, striking her head. She was hospitalized at Long Beach Memorial Hospital for a concussion.
