Employee Is Struck in the Head by Falling Boxes
At approximately 8:30 a.m. on September 27, 2007, Employee #1, a temporary laborer, was at a warehouse, loading 25-30 pound boxes on a cart. Some boxes fell approximately 3 to 4 ft and struck his head. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a concussion.
