Investigation Summary
At approximately 12:05 p.m. on February 9, 2007, an employee was, sent to pick up steel material for the company. He was trying to secure and place 2-in by 4-in wood, so that the steel material is properly secured and stable. While doing that, he stepped on the side of the Hino Diesel open truck bed and fell 52 in. The employee sustained unspecified injury to the heel of the right leg. He was taken to the Long Beach Memorial Hospital for treatment and released after about three hours.
