Employee's Foot Is Fractured When He Falls

On March 22, 2007, Employee #1 was removing joist from the forks of an all-terrain fork lift. He was standing with one foot on a deck beam and the other foot on the loaded joist approximately 11.583 ft high. The fork lift started rolling backward and he stepped on to the load. He fell to the ground, suffering broken bones to the bridge of his foot, and was hospitalized.
