Roofer Dies after Falling from Roof

On July 21, 2006, Employee #1 was working for a roofing company. He and some other roofers were installing roofing materials on the 7-in-12 pitched roof of a single family residence. He fell at least 16 feet from the roof to a concrete walkway, sustaining multiple unspecified injuries. Emergency medical service and fire department personnel responded. They treated him and transported him to a hospital, where he died two days later.
