Employee Lacerates Wrist While Working with Utility Knife

Employee #1 was using a hand-operated utility knife to score door jams. The utility knife slipped and cut his wrist, slicing an artery. Employee #1 attempted to drive himself to the hospital, but, while enroute, he passed out and the car crashed, rupturing his heart.
