Employee Dies When He Falls Out of Tree

On March 22, 2006, Employee #1 was working approximately 40 feet off the ground, trimming tree limbs for removal. He called to his coworker on the ground for another rope. The coworker turned to get the rope, and heard Employee #1 fall to the ground. He died at the scene.
