Employee Is Killed in Fall from Ladder

At approximately 1 p.m. on January 19, 2006, Employee #1 was hand-sanding drywall approximately 10 feet above the ground on an extension ladder. A loud crash was heard and a coworker found Employee #1 unconscious, lying on his left side with the ladder lying at his feet. Employee #1 later died.
