Employee Dies from Smoke Inhalation Due to Fire

At approximately 1:00 a.m. on November 27, 2006, a fire occurred in a residential care facility. Ten residents died, and 15 others received minor medical treatment. Employee #1 died due to smoke inhalation. One other employee was mentioned as being critically injured with burns over her body.
