Employee Lacerates Head When Struck by Car Wash System

Employee #1 entered an automated car wash without locking out the system. A coworker, who could not see Employee #1, activated the car wash system. Part of the system moved, knocking Employee #1 down. Employee #1 sustained a laceration on the back of the head.
