Employee Falls Off Trash Truck and Dies

Employee #1 was in the rear of a trash truck with a coworker (his brother). They were picking up trash during a heavy downpour. Employee #1 appears to have attempted to jump into the hopper while the truck was backing down the driveway. Employee #1 slipped, fell, and was struck and fatally injured by the vehicle.
