Employee Is Electrocuted While Repairing Electric Control Bo

On June 1, 2006, Employee #1, a Journeyman electrician, was repairing the electrical control box of a spot welder. Several minutes after starting his work, he was found on the floor near the control box. Employee #1 was pronounced dead a short time later at the hospital. According to the Jefferson Co Coroners office, preliminary findings were consistent with electrocution.
