Employee Is Killed When Struck by Truck

Employee #1, the chief garage mechanic, was assisting a driver whose truck had a pool of oil under it from the previous night. The two employees discussed the oil leak and Employee #1 told the driver to pull the truck into the garage bay. As the driver drove towards the garage, he struck and killed Employee #1 who had knelt down in front of the truck to take another look at the oil leak.
