Employee Is Killed in Fall from Utility Pole

On September 2, 2006, Employee #1 was working independently, when fell approximately 18 ft from the top of a fiberglass ladder he positioned upon the mid-span of a wire rope cable between vertical street poles to access and disconnect a cable line for a residence. Employee #1 was killed.
