Employee Is Killed When Run over by Truck

On July 27, 2006, Employee #1 was removing a safety fence that was stuck under a truck. He went in front of the right rear wheel of the truck. The driver, unaware that the employee had gone under the vehicle, drove off and rolled over him. Employee #1 was killed.
