Employee Is Killed When Caught Beneath Overturned Forklift

Between 11:00 and 11:30 a.m. on October 31, 2005, Employee #1, a 68 year old, was instructed to pick up a company's forklift. At about 1:58 p.m. Employee #1 was found at the pick-up location, pinned beneath the forklift that had overturned. Emergency services were contacted and Employee #1 was pronounced dead by the local fire and rescue squad.
