Investigation Summary
On February 21, 2008, a crane company was installing 100-ft-long wood trusses on a 26-ft-high building under construction. When 20 to 23 trusses collapsed, Employees #1 through #3 fell from them. They were hospitalized for unspecified injuries. The accident was caused either by failure to properly secure the trusses or by impact from the crane.
