Employee Dies of Heart Attack

Employee #1 was observed lying back on a roller system in the shop at the beginning of the lunch period. This was a common occurrence, so it was ten minutes before anyone checked on him. CPR was initiated, and 911 was called. Employee #1 died. Employee #1 had a previous history of heart trouble and had at least one stint in his heart, at the time of the accident.
