Employees Uninjured by Exploding Gases

Employees were present while sub-contractors were welding on the outside of a metal tank. The tank had been prepared for the welding process, but as the sub-contractor started welding on the tank, gases ignited causing an explosion. Employees were sent to the emergency room as a precautionary measure but none were hospitalized.
