Employee Is Injured in Fall from Scaffold

On April 7, 200, Employee #1 was working from the top level of a metal scaffold, approximately 20 ft above a cement slab. He was applying a tarp to an exterior wall of a house. The scaffold toppled over because it was not secured to the structure. Employee #1 fell and sustained a broken back and other injuries and was hospitalized.
