Employee Dies in Fall from Ladder

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on October 7, 2005, Employee #1 was working alone, using an air hose to blow dust from the walls and equipment, using an extension ladder. He was later found lying on the concrete floor. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
