Employee Is Struck and Injured by Vehicle and Later Dies

At approximately 6:00 a.m. on September 6, 2005, Employee #1, a truck driver, parked his truck on a roadway, and was operating a Moffett lift, attempting to unload a pallet of bricks. Employee #1 was struck by a vehicle. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital where he died on September 15, 2005.
