Employee Is Injured in Fall from a Ladder

On September 18, 2008, Employee #1 was running electrical wiring between light receptacles and wall outlets. There was no electrical power connected to the circuits. He was on a 6-ft stepladder wiring a receptacle at the top of the stairs. A coworker on the second floor heard a loud noise and found Employee #1 on the first floor at the bottom of the stairs. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a fractured neck, ribs and an eye injury.
