Employee's Arms Are Fractured in Fall from Height

On September 27, 2008, Employee #1, working for a trucking company, covered a load of cardboard with a tarp. He was firmly pulling out tarp from the 170 pound roll when some slack abruptly pulled out from the roll. Employee #1 lost his balance and fell approximately 14 ft on to concrete. Employee #1 was hospitalized with two fractured arms.
