Investigation Summary
On July 26, 2005, Employee #1 was in the process of removing a temporary warning fence. A Skid-Cat vehicle, Model Number 2878, was being operated by Employee #2 in the same area. Employee #2, the operator of the vehicle, was traveling in reverse, attempting to level a 4.5 feet high weeded fenced area. Employee #2 ran over and killed Employee #1.
